Held at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs on 16 September 2019, “Politics in Focus” is the premier networking event for students interested in political risk. The conference will feature Eurasia Group founder and President Ian Bremmer as well as analysts who specialize in topics ranging from the US-China trade war to Latin America and the impact of technology on global politics. Bremmer will also be teaching a spring 2020 Applied Geopolitics course at Columbia SIPA.

At the conference, you'll have the opportunity to hear them in conversation discussing geopolitical trends, ask questions about the top political issues of the day, and mingle with them during a post-panel reception. Members of our People team will also be available to discuss career and internship opportunities at Eurasia Group.

The conference will be held from 10:00am to 2pm ET. Lunch will be provided for all registered guests.
